Workshop Policies & Terms

Because we operate as a traveling popup workshop bringing custom craft experiences around the Upstate South Carolina area, we maintain clear guidelines to ensure our events run smoothly for our guests and venue partners.

All Sales Are Final

Because craft supplies and materials are custom-prepared for each workshop attendee based on exact headcounts, we do not offer refunds once a ticket is purchased.

Ticket Transfers

Life happens! If you are unable to make it to a class, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. To ensure a smooth transition, transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the event start time by contacting us directly.

Weather & Rescheduling

Because our events are traveling popups, severe weather or unforeseen venue issues may occasionally require a date change. In the rare event of a postponement, all tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled makeup date. If you cannot attend the new date, a class credit or full refund will be issued.

Arrival & Timing

Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to check in and get settled. To keep the workshop running smoothly for everyone, entry may be restricted for arrivals more than 20 minutes late, and unclaimed project kits may be forfeited.

Venue Conduct

Because our workshops are hosted at partnering local venues, all attendees must respect the venue’s staff, rules, and property. 3D Vivid Creations and our host venues reserve the right to remove any participant disrupting the event, without a refund.

Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending a 3D Vivid Creations workshop, participants acknowledge that working with craft tools, materials, and equipment involves inherent risks. Attendees release 3D Vivid Creations LLC and its host venues from any liability for personal injury or property damage during the event.
